Neotropic Cormorant: Cook Co (North) - 1 was spotted flying over at the entrance to the Calumet Water Reclamation Plant on 5/28/10 (Walter Marcisz, Andy Sigler). The plant is located at 400 E. 130th Street. It was in with a group of Double-crested Cormorants and they may be roosting at a quarry just west of Halsted Street on 138th Street.

Western Kingbird: Madison Co (South) - 1 was found nesting at the NW corner of Niedringhaus and Benson Roads in Granite City on 5/28/10 (Pete Moxon). The nest is on the second power pole north of the corner. The 7/11 at this intersection can be used as a landmark.

Scissor-tailed Flycatcher: Clinton Co (South) - 1 was sighted at Pelican Road at Carlyle Lake on 5/23/10 (Dan Kassebaum). Pelican Road is the first road west of the Kaskaskia River on Highway 161. The bird was never relocated and is believed to be long gone.
