It's an adult Swainson's Hawk. It looks like it's injured or being held. Where did you photograph it?

Thanks for the Id Bob. I took this photo during a family visit to Fort Worth Zoo TX but did not take notice of the posted Id at the time. It appears that they give demonstrations using these birds. I attach 2 more shots.
